I envisioned Sacred Wellness Therapy 8 years ago when walking through one of the most transformative periods of my life. What felt like a dark night of the soul became a season of deep solitude, reflection, and healing. I spent years unpacking trauma, childhood wounds, grief, and dysfunctional patterns while trying to reconnect with parts of myself I had lost along the way. I felt completely disconnected but I couldn’t shake the internal knowing that I was meant for more.
Before stepping into the counselling field, my background was rooted in dance, which gave me an early understanding of emotional expression, body awareness, and the stories we carry beneath the surface. Over time, that evolved into a deeper fascination for holistic wellness.
Everything shifted when I became a mother. I stopped searching outside of myself for meaning and made a conscious decision to start living more intentionally, more presently, and more aligned with the life I truly wanted to create. That experience reshaped the way I understood healing. Not as something linear or perfect, but as a process of slowly returning home to yourself.
My experiences ultimately led me toward practices that support healing in a grounded, compassionate, and unique way.



Healing is often uncomfortable. A lot of us spend years trying to distract ourselves, stay busy, shut emotions down, or convince our mind that it’s “fine” because slowing down means actually feeling what’s underneath it all. One of the hardest parts is realizing how long you may have been surviving instead of truly feeling connected to yourself and the world around you. Everyone has experienced trauma in some capacity throughout life. What separates you from your experiences is choice. It’s the single most powerful gift we can offer ourselves. Choice to heal, forgive, learn and unlearn, grow, release and love.
I don’t believe healing means becoming a perfect version of yourself. There’s no such thing. I believe it’s learning how to understand yourself with more compassion, awareness, and honesty while creating space to finally exhale. My approach is grounded in my desire to walk alongside you, as we unpack what lies beneath the surface. My goal is to create a collaborative, and supportive space while still making room for the deeper emotional work.
